A District Court Presiding Judge in the County of Bexar has granted a Temporary Restrining Order against SSAISD filed by SAVE WEST CAMPUS! ordering South San Antonio Independent School District to cease all activities and actions directed toward the closing of West Campus pending.  This TRO, as stated, was taken because the court found "immenent harm and irreparable injury."

SSAISD attorneys requested and were denied a one-million dollar ($1,000,000) bond be required for the plantifs (SAVE WEST CAMPUS!) to pursue this action.  The Court ruled that a bond of five-thousand ($5,000) would be sufficient.
